Most people won’t read past this line, and this is the one post most of y’all SHOULD be reading. . We came up with an INCREDIBLE morning routine, to prep you for ‘anything.’ . When we sleep: - the hips get muted - the chest and lats shorten and tighten up which internally rotates the humerus (shoulders) - thoracic spine loses rotation - the hips get pulled into internal rotation . There’s no ‘perfect’ sleeping position, there are simply better and worse positions. . What you want to do when you wake up is prime the joints, muscles and nervous system for the day. . The way to do that is to spend 30-40 minutes going section by section in your body, or…. . Do these four simple stretches and drills and you’ll notice such a massive improvement that you’ll wonder why you didn’t do them yesterday. . Wake up, drink some water, and do these. . ✅ Hip Rollover - 2 minutes ✅ Dropped Hurdle Stretch - 2 minutes ✅ Kinda Cobra - 2 minutes ✅ Bridge Reach Over - 2 minutes .
